Understanding how motivated I am at work

What drives you? What truly motivates and inspires you within your workplace? This evaluation seeks to give you a strong understanding of your true personal motivators. It allows you to reflect on what motivates or engages you and whether these factors are being met within your current job role. The evaluation also gives you feedback and ideas about potential action based on your level of motivation within that role. This is a great evaluation to complete as part of your ongoing performance development process or when you need to decide what is a job for which you are well suited.

Understanding how I communicate (sensory preference)

All information is received into our bodies by our five senses sight, sound, touch, taste and smell. Our brains then process the information and draw conclusions from it. All of us have preferences for which of these senses we prefer to use when we process this information and how effective we are when using them. These sensory preferences also have an impact on how we transmit that information. By understanding our own sensory preferences, we can also have a greater understanding of how we communicate. This evaluation gives you the ability to understand how you naturally want to communicate and how you want to be communicated to.
