You can assess your team simply click to start the evaluation you choose.
To set up a code which all team members can use, log into (or join at) the members section. Each team member will get their own results, the member will get the combined results of all team members.
Feedback evaluation 360°
Feedback is where you ask a variety of individuals to give their thoughts on you, your performance and your behaviour. This helps build a picture of what they think of you and your actions, which is often essential for personal development. To set up a feedback evaluation, click (right) for instructions and options. If you have been given a code to give some feedback for someone, insert it in the box above.
Feedback can be from superiors, peers, those who report to you, customers, suppliers and others with whom you interact. If all of these are present, it is usually termed '360° feedback'.
High Performing Team Evaluation
This evaluation considers how you feel your team exhibits the attributes which the HPT research shows are features of high performing teams. Results from all team members are combined to give an aggregate scoring and a report generated. This includes comparisons with other teams, evaluation against popularly used team metrics and considerations for team improvement or development.

Team Spectrum Evaluation
Spectrum is the EvaluationStore.com behavioural diagnostic. By setting it up as a team report, each individual gains their own report on how they see themselves and, in addition, a report is generated to show the team results, biases, strengths, weaknesses and overall behavioural preferences the starting point of considering team culture and how the team members interact with others both within the team and outside.
