Feedback evaluation
Feedback is where you ask a variety of individuals to give their thoughts on you, your performance and your behaviour. This helps build a picture of what they think of you and your actions, which is often essential for personal development.
Feedback can be from superiors, peers, those who report to you, customers, suppliers and others with whom you interact. If all of these are present, it is usually termed '360° feedback'.

You click to set up and pay for the number of people you want to complete the evaluation. You are given a unique code. Send this to each person, they visit EvaluationStore.com and insert this code. They will be taken directly to the correct evaluation. In your members area you can identify who has completed the evaluation. When all have completed it, you can download the accumulated results for an insight into the feedback and considerations for development.

As data is stored, and as we need to provide you with the information of who has completed the evaluation we need to ensure privacy and security for you and all participants. We only store information for those who have registered as members. Membership is free of charge and your details are NEVER given to anyone else it is purely to ensure compliance with privacy legislation.
