The personal feedback report is extremely useful in helping people understand how they are seen by others. A report is set up for one individual and a unique code generated. That code is given to the people from whom they want feedback (typically, their boss, peers and direct reports) who each then visit EvaluationStore.com, input the code and answer 20 questions about the person to whom they are giving feedback. The people completing the evaluation get no report (they could do an ‘understanding another person’ report in the individual section if they wanted to understand another person better).
When all respondents have completed the questions, the Evaluationstore member who set up the evaluation and code is able to download a consolidated report which shows the assessment of all respondents. This can be useful on its own, or even more useful if the person with the feedback about how they are viewed discusses it with a suitable coach.
